GENERAL FEES

Standard appointment with Clinical Psychologist: $230

Appointments for individual therapy and couples counselling run for 50 minutes.

Standard appointment with Clinical Psychologist Registrar: $180

 

MEDICARE REBATES

STANDARD MEDICARE REBATE FOR APPOINTMENT WITH CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST - $137.05 (MINIMUM)

STANDARD MEDICARE REBATE FOR APPOINTMENT WITH CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST REGISTRAR - $93.35 (MINIMUM)

The Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative allows clients to receive a Medicare rebate for up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year (including Telehealth sessions) or 40 sessions for clients under a eating disorder treatment and management plan.

To be eligible for a Medicare rebate an individual must be referred by a GP, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist. Please ensure that you discuss your eligibility with your GP or Specialist prior to booking your appointment with Hills Psychology & Wellness.

 

PRIVATE INSURANCE

Private Health Insurance rebates are to be completed by the client and vary between funds. Please make enquiries with your health fund before attending your session.

 

We require at least 48 hours notice for any rescheduled appointment or cancellations, otherwise the following fees apply:

Cancellation (within 48 hours prior to appointment) — $70

Cancellation (within 24 hours prior to appointment) — 50% of fee

Non-Attendance — Full fee charged.

Medicare rebates are not claimable for missed appointments.
